4. Consumer dispute resolution

The European Commission's online dispute resolution (ODR) platform was discontinued on 20 July 2025 and is no longer available.

We are neither obliged nor currently willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

5. Liability for content

As a service provider, we are responsible for our own content on these pages in accordance with the general laws pursuant to § 7 (1) DDG. However, pursuant to §§ 8 to 10 DDG, we are not obliged to monitor transmitted or stored third-party information or to investigate circumstances that indicate unlawful activity.

Obligations to remove or block the use of information under the general laws remain unaffected. Any liability in this respect, however, is only possible from the point in time at which we become aware of a specific infringement. Upon becoming aware of corresponding infringements, we will remove this content immediately.

Our platform may contain links to external third-party websites over whose content we have no influence. Therefore, we cannot accept any liability for this third-party content. The respective provider or operator of the linked pages is always responsible for their content.

The linked pages were checked for possible legal violations at the time of linking. Unlawful content was not recognizable at that time. A permanent control of the content of the linked pages is not reasonable without concrete evidence of an infringement. Upon becoming aware of legal violations, we will remove such links immediately.
